Keeping negativity at bay as much as possible is very important during psychic workings, as that kind of energy will only serve to cloud your psychic abilities. You need to operate at a higher level of energy consciousness in order to become more sensitized, and most importantly, trust in yourself and your abilities. Meditation is commonly used to clear the clutter from your mind, it helps us to not sweat the small things, to allow us to disconnect from technology for even small intervals of time. Meditation can be done in many ways, and we will outline some things to try at home.
